Winterton Valley is a quiet and peaceful holiday park, nestled in an area of natural beauty. The front of the site has uninterrupted views over the picturesque valley and dunes, looking down over the beach and sea, which is within a few minutes walk away the beach is accessed via the valley and dunes. (however PLEASE NOTE that access to the valley and beach directly from Winterton Valley Holiday Park is NOT possible for wheelchair users, or those with limited mobility, however there is vehicular access via Beach road in the village.)
The park has NO clubhouse, bingo, or amusement arcades! Just peace and quiet, beautiful scenery and long walks along the valley, dunes and beach. It is an ideal holiday location for nature lovers and those wishing for a quiet, relaxing break.
There is a wide expanse of grass at the front of the site overlooking the valley where children can play ball games and fly kites. Two new areas of play equipment have recently been installed in the centre of the park. A pleasant stroll along the valley or beach in the direction of Winterton - on - Sea will bring you to air steamer offering a range of hot and cold drinks and snacks, overlooking the sea, the café is open 7 days a week in season from 9am until late afternoon. Winterton village itself boasts a dog friendly pub called the Fisherman's return, a small grocery store, post office, newsagent and an excellent fish and chip shop. Under two miles away is the more vibrant Hemsby, which has a pub and launderette, amusements and a variety of places to eat and drink.
